Our stock plan library is being designed with Florida builders and homeowners in mind. Every plan set will be complete, accurate, and ready for the engineer review and permitting process.

Complete Plan Sets

Every stock plan will include cover sheet, floor plans, exterior elevations, foundation plan, roof plan, electrical plan, and window and door schedules — everything your engineer needs to review, sign, and seal.

Florida Building Standards

All plans will be drawn to Florida building standards and produced in AutoCAD format, ready for engineer or architect review and seal prior to submittal to your local building department for permitting.

Range of Styles & Sizes

From compact starter homes and coastal cottages to larger custom designs, our stock plan library will offer a variety of styles, sizes, and configurations to suit Florida builders and homeowners across the state.
